Meet our expert nutrition consultant for a hands on detox experience. In the 3 sessions of the workshop the group will learn about integrating healthy eating habits into a busy professional lifestyle and will go through a light detox process guided and digitally supported by our expert nutrition advisor. The detox workshop is a 'Restart' process that we do in order to cleanse our bodies from the toxins we've accumulated. Stress, processed foods, pollution, excess sugar and artificial foods we consume harm our bodies and our mental performance. During the sessions, participant will get a direct channel to the health expert and will be able to conduct the change together as teammates. The guidance will take place in 3 workshop style sessions and a closed facebook group for team sharing and support moderated by the expert. During the lectures we'll explore how to increase energy levels and help us focus better during the day, how to address all the newest nutrition trends : gluten free, sugar free, veganism and others. We'll learn about practical ways to eat better and feel better by addressing some of the popular nutrition myths and finding the right and easy way to improve our personal habits.
